What small groups are responsible, how do they disagree, and how possible to remedy?

Generally agree with theme of Brooks article. Not sure the 2/3 in the middle can be moved to action. They appear to be head down … they aren’t willing to invest their valuable time to the BS of politics.

A big issue Brooks raises: Who with normal life responsibilities has the time-luxury to be so extreme?
Another might be having the ability to recognize worldview problems, so they can be addressed.
We need more worldview cow bell.
